Shipping policy

Orders are shipped using PostNL and DHL, depending on the size and destination of the package. A Track & Trace number will be provided by one of these carriers once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your shippment until delivery. 

• Delivery within the Netherlands : Orders are typically delivered within 1~2 bussiness days after dispatch 
• Delivery to Belguim: Orders usually arrive within 3~5 business days after dispatch 

Holiday Shipping Notice:

Please note that no orders are processed, shipped, or delivered on Dutch public holidays. This may effect delivery times around these dates. For the full list of holidays, please refer to PostNL´s official calendar.

To avoid delays during these times, especially around December, we recommend placing your orders early.
